(Card) Humility In The Face of Guidance - Shaykh Rabī‘ bin Hādī al-Madkhalī

Shaykh Rabīʿ b. Hādī al-Madkhalī - رحمه الله - said:

“So, if Allāh makes a person firm upon His true religion, and upon the true methodology of Allāh, and upon the correct creed, then this is a Ni’mah (bounty) from Allāh. So a person should not become amazed with himself, and he (should not begin to) boast and get haughty. Rather, he is (to be) humble to Allāh, the Lord of all that exists, and be grateful to Him for this, and he begs Him to protect his religion for him, and to keep him away from pitfalls and deviation..”¹
