Shaykh Muḥammad bin Ṣāliḥ al-‘Uthaymīn - may Allāh have mercy upon him - Said:

“You would not be sinful (for not completing its recitation), but it is befitting for a person to be plentiful in the recitation of the Qur’ān in Ramaḍān, because it is the month wherein the Qur’ān was revealed.”
